Our Isle of Palms rental has a fantastic first floor, with an open floor plan that will make you feel right at home. The full kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils so you can whip up a delicious meal in no time. There's plenty of seating in the living room, with a large screen TV perfect for watching movies or enjoying a game night with friends. 

The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, and there's a laundry room just off the kitchen so you can keep your clothes clean and neat during your stay. Gorgeous French doors lead out to the private patio area, giving you the chance to enjoy some fresh air, lounge in the sun and or enjoy a picnic at the table.  

The second floor of the house is complete with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it the ideal spot for larger families. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.!
