CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 

  • Please secure all doors and windows prior to departure.
  • Check-Out is 10am. Please return all keys (if applicable) to Carroll Realty. No exceptions. The lost or unreturned key fee is $25. If our office is closed, please leave the keys in our black box located on our front porch.
  • Load and start the dishwasher.
  • Strip sheets off all the beds and place all used towels in a pile. Please do not strip the mattress pads or bedspreads – we launder these separately.
  • Please take out all trash to the outside containers. Please do not overflow the cans or leave trash on the ground because it will attract unwanted critters. Excess trash may be left inside the property if absolutely necessary.
  • If the house is dog friendly & a dog was approved, please make sure you have cleaned up properly after your dog including the yard.
  • Please leave the property as neat as possible.
  • Please leave the grill clean & ready for the next guest to enjoy (if applicable).
  • All furniture should be in its original location.
  • If any gaming systems or other devices such as a Roku or Firestick were hooked up to any TVs, it would be nice to have the TVs set back to original cable settings. The next guest may not be familiar with different TV settings and may have trouble.
  • Please do not leave seashells or other ocean findings inside or around the property. Please either throw them away, take them with you, or return them to the beach – only because sometimes they have an unpleasant smell.
  • If there are any damages, stains/spills, maintenance issues, etc. we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so we may have proper time to address it.
