Step up to the home and you’ll find front porch furnished with two classically southern rocking chairs. On the first level, you’ll find a well-appointed sitting area with a finely made pool table where you can play a game with your family and friends. There’s also a convenient half-bathroom on this floor.  
Walk up to the second level and you’ll find an open concept space with the kitchen and living area. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully styles, with polished stone countertops and rustically chic cabinetry. Offering state-of-the-art appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped, meaning you can make everything from a picnic lunch to take to the beach to happy hour cocktails to sip out on the rooftop deck. The kitchen offers counter seating for three, while a handsome dining table can seat eight.  
In the living space you’ll find beautiful wood-paneled ceilings, giving the space a cozy yet upscale feel. A plush maroon sectional faces a large flat screen TV, and an extra chair provides plenty of room for the whole family to relax and take in a movie. Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the upper deck, which offers ample outdoor seating.  
There are three bedrooms on the first level—one furnished with a queen-size bed, private bath, and access to an outside porch. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third has a convenient set up with two bunk beds and a queen-size bed. The second and third bedrooms share jack-and-jill style bathrooms. The master is located on the second floor, and features a queen-size bed, sofa bed, double sinks, and both a shower and tub.  
Up on the rooftop deck, you’ll find there’s a shaded bar area with a sink, as well as outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs. This home also boasts its own private pool, which is conveniently shaded through most of the day. Top that off with amenities like a BBQ grill, beautifully landscaped yard, washer and dryer, and this home has it all for an Isle of Palms getaway!  
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5-car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of larger gatherings. 
 
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.  
 
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive. 
 
NOTE ABOUT POOL: The section of the pool that looks like a hot tub is not a hot tub - there is no heat, and the main pool does not have a heater.  The pool is covered by a large Oak Tree as seen in the pictures. This tree sheds leaves ALL YEAR ROUND. The pool is cleaned twice a week in the peak season and once a week in the off season. We do our best to keep the pool as clean as possible but the large Oak Tree makes this very difficult. We will always try to be accommodating of your requests to clean the pool, and also provide a skimmer, but there will not be compensation if the pool has leaves.
