Exterior Features
Arrive at the home tucked into mature trees and island vegetation. The multiple levels are clad in a variety of siding styles while still creating one cohesive look. Take the walkway of cement pavers to the stairs that leads to the deck and entrance of the home. Once you’ve made yourself at home, explore the rest of the outdoor spaces.
Off the lower level you’ll find a tiled covered deck. There are multiple seating options as well as an outdoor wet bar. Keep up with favorite TV shows and sports teams with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The deck continues to wrap around the house. Follow it around and find an outdoor shower, as well as access to the half bath and laundry area. Another set of stairs lead to the upper-level outdoor living space. There you’ll find a glass panel railing surrounding multiple dining and outdoor living seating options, as well as a provided BBQ grill.
Interior Amenities
Enter the home at the ground level and step into a foyer with high ceiling and beautiful chandelier. The half bath is on this level. From there, head up to the main living level. The sprawling great room combines living, kitchen, and dining spaces into one. Take a seat on the comfortable couch in front of the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Choose the nearby sitting area showered with natural light to sit and read a book.
At mealtime, turn to the fully equipped kitchen. A chef’s dream, the space hosts massive stainless steel nearly restaurant-grade appliances. Spacious counters for prep include a kitchen island with bar seating for four. A myriad of cabinets and drawers hold everything you’ll need to prepare and serve your next homemade meal. The cozy dining space features a rectangular table that seats six next to the fireplace and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Natural light streams into the space from large windows and is captured by a vaulted ceiling.
If you’re looking for an entertainment space, head to the lower level. You’ll find a den area with a massive wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a comfortable couch and chairs, and a surf board-style coffee table to add to the beachy feel of the home. While you’re hanging out, you can keep tabs on the laundry. The sprawling space features full-size front-load washer and dryer, storage cabinets, a utility sink, and shelving for towels and other outdoor essentials. The tiled-floor room can be accessed from the outdoor space, so you don’t track sand and water through the house.
At the end of the day, choose a private bedroom. The master suite is on the upper level and features an upholstered king-size bed, night tables, lamps, and a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. The spa like en suite bath features a walk-in multi-head shower, expansive double-sink vanity, and spacious walk-in closet.
The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with upholstered headboard, night tables with lamps, and an en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
