Exterior Features
Arrive at the home and take in the green landscape around it! Park your car in an under-home carport with stairs leading up to the main living level. A walkway and another set of stairs leads up to the screened in balcony on the front of the home. Inside, you’ll find outdoor dining seating with room for six. A cozy conversation area featuring outdoor living furnishings, as well as a porch swing and ceiling fan. Before spending too much time here, head inside the front entrance to the home. Once you’ve made yourself at home inside, step out onto the back deck. An outdoor dining set with oval table seats four. You can travel down the steps and into the yard with plenty of space to wander and enjoy the island weather. Prepare and serve a meal al fresco with the help of the provided gas grill.
Interior Amenities
Explore the inside of the home! Step into the cozy great room that combines living, cooking, and dining needs into one space. Cozy up in the living room on a couch, love seat, or chair in beach tones and patterns. Plan the day or watch a movie or TV show together on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. Please note, the fireplace does NOT work – the flue is closed. For non-electronic entertainment, choose a book from one of the built-in bookcases and curl up. You can also access the front screened-in deck from this space. At mealtime, turn to the unit’s fully equipped kitchen. A full suite of mostly white appliances joins fully stocked cabinets and drawers, spacious counters, and more. A raised peninsula bar seats five. For more formal meals, the rectangular wood-topped dining table seats six. Pack light and enjoy the use of in-unit laundry featuring a full-size washer and dryer.
At the end of the day, or for a quick nap between island adventures, choose a private bedroom. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, two night tables with lamps, dresser with flat screen TV atop, and two cozy chairs. The peach-colored room is decorated with island beach patterns. Multiple windows bring in island sunshine. The second bedroom hosts a queen bedroom set with two night tables and dresser. A white wicker chair offers a place to lounge. Nautical patterns bring you close to the water without going to the beach, and the cool blue of the walls soothes. Watch a favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen TV. The rooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity. The other two rooms are on the other side of the home. The third bedroom boasts soothing yellow and pink tones with nautical flair. A queen bed joins two night tables with lamps, a wicker chair, and dresser with flat screen TV on top. The final bedroom is perfect for kids. The pink shade on the walls and bedding compliment the white furnishings. Two twin beds share a night table with lamp, there is a dresser as well, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV to keep you entertained. These two bedrooms are also linked by a Jack-and-Jill style bath. The bathroom features a shower stall and single-sink vanity with extra counter space. There is room for everyone to enjoy a Sullivan’s Island retreat!
