The living area features a large smart TV with YouTube TV so you can easily stream all your favorite shows. Please note that the fireplace is not useable. Cooking is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, regular coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, etc! You will have everything you need to enjoy a meal with your family & friends. The dining table seats 7-8 people, plus there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Also located on the 1st floor is a quaint sitting room at the front of the home. This room is furnished very comfortably making it a great spot to read a good book, and it also features a Smart TV. Our home is located 3 blocks from the public beach access - just walk right up 41st Ave - or you can rent a golf cart and use the 42nd Ave golf cart parking to access the beach! The local Isle of Palms Marina is also located a short walk away (approx. 100 yards) where you can find the marina store and a fantastic restaurant for breakfast or lunch! You'll love to sit on the back deck admiring all the boats/yachts and looking out for dolphins while you enjoy a quick bite to eat. It also has a small playground area for children!
After a long day at the beach, you may rinse off using the outside beach shower to keep sand out of the house, then head inside where you can be assured our beach home will provide the comfort needed to rest and recharge! This home is also Dog Friendly for 1 dog under 50lbs. A $300 non-refundable pet fee would be required. Applicable pet policy must be signed, and records must be received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Guest will be fined $1000 if any unapproved pet is found to be on the property at any time.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! We would definitely recommend the beach wagon to make trips to the beach easy! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property.
