With stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island with seating for 5, you can whip up a family breakfast or pack a picnic lunch for the beach. Venture farther in and there is a dining room table with seating for 6, perfect for group dinners or card games! The living room has a comfy couch, loveseat and chair situated around a flat screen tv. Curl up and watch your favorite tv shows or have a family movie night.
All three bedrooms have a comfortable bed to sleep after a long day of exploring the island. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, private bathroom with double sinks and a tiled shower. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom and are furnished with two twin beds in one and a king in the other!
Outside there are chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean breeze! Upstairs you'll find a gas grill to cook up steaks or burgers for dinner! There is space under the home to park your car. There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your day at the beach! As an additional bonus, when you stay at 3 ocean Park, you get access to community amenities, such as the shared pool and tennis courts. The community pool is not heated and is open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property.
