The main level features the kitchen and living area, designed in an open concept space. The kitchen is fully equipped, meaning you can cook up whatever you’d like—maybe a pancake breakfast, or a picnic to take to the beach! Either way the choice is yours, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with plenty of prep space. There’s also counter seating four two at the island, or you can find a larger dining set that seats four. 

The living area is furnished with a large sectional and has a flat screen TV with cable access and a DVD player—great for having a family movie night! There is also a convenient second living area with a sectional that can fold into a sleeper bed, along with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There’s also another four-seater table in this area, which is perfect if the kids want their own space! 

This property features three rooms, with the first being the master. The master is furnished with a king-sized bed and a brand-new flat screen TV and offers ocean views. Relax in the ensuite master bathroom, which has a spa-like atmosphere, featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, along with ocean views. In the third bedroom you’ll find two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The additional half bath can be found just off the living area! 

The screened-in porch is well-furnished, whether you want to lounge outside on the sectional or enjoy a meal outside at the two-seater table. Down on the first level you’ll find the BBQ grill, so you can whip up a few meals alfresco if you’d like. Ringing in at 2,700 sq. ft., this home is great for those beach family getaways!

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
