17 Beach Club Villa Description
BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE NOTE: There will be ongoing construction near and eventually on all Beach Club Villas in the upcoming months. The scope of work includes repairing all damaged wood and stucco, painting all exterior building surfaces, replacing oceanside staircases, replacing header beams under screen porches, replacing rusted joist hangers under screened porches with stainless steel hangers, replacing shower area lattice walls and gates, replacing exterior light fixtures, replacing certain gutters that were not replaced when the roof was replaced, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be completed by end of February, 2024.
Meet one of the best condo getaways in Isle of Palms, 17 Beach Club Villa! This lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property has a coveted location within the private resort of Wild Dunes, which offers world-class golfing and pristine shoreline. This home has also recently been refreshed with new furnishings and amenities such as a new sofa and dining table. This property also overlooks the shared pool and the stretching horizon of the Atlantic—what more could you need for a beach vacation?
The living area is furnished with new sectional, offering plenty of space for everyone to watch a movie on the big flat screen TV, or to just gather and chat. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened-in porch, which offers a generous amount of seating for enjoying the ocean breeze. There’s a four-seater dining set, as well as a comfortable sofa, and two additional chairs. Take your meals with a view of the Atlantic in the distance, and don’t forget those gorgeous morning sunrises with a fresh cup of coffee! Stairs from the porch lead down to the pool area, meaning you’re never more than a quick walk away from a refreshing swim.
Back inside the home, you’ll find the cozy bedrooms. The first is one the main level, and features a queen-sized bed, as well as a flat screen TV. This room has its own access to the full bathroom in the hall. Travel up the stairs to find the other two bedrooms. One room is furnished with two twin beds, making it a great place for the kids to sleep. As a bonus, it offers its own full bathroom, and a flat screen TV! The master suite is the most luxurious of all, as it offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and a private sundeck furnished with lounge chairs and boasting ocean views!Finally, Beach Club Villa is located in Wild Dunes Resort. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts that is ranked in Tennis Magazine Top 10 Tennis Resorts, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State,” Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. There is one covered parking spot, and guest will have garage access as well. There is also an enclosed beach shower room located underneath the screened porch.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.Additional Amenities Include:
- Huge screen porch, with steps that lead to beach and Beach Club Villa Community Pool. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather.
- Flat screen televisions in living room and each bedroom.
- New furniture (2022)
- Newly painted (2022).
- High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
- Full size washer and dryer.
- On Site Parking
- Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.
