Sea Cabin 135 C Description

This charming oceanside condo is waiting to host you for a marvelous Isle of Palms beach vacation! This property offers an intimate one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout for a cozy escape to the shore, perfect for families, a romantic weekend away, or small groups of friends heading to the beach. With access to fantastic community amenities like a private fishing pier, community pool, and beach access to a lifeguarded area, this condo has all you need for a flawless vacation!
 

Things to know prior to booking your stay:

  • The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
  • Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
  • We have upgraded the standard mattress pads to luxury, custom sized mattresses that are very comfortable!All units are 500 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
  • 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
  • Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
  • Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated at $2 per load!
  • Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season.
  • The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather.
  • No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
  • No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
  • This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Walk into this home and you’ll be greeted by an area that offers up two bunk beds built into the walls—great for kids and parties that need additional sleeping space. The area closes off, essentially creating a convenient private room area. From here you’ll journey into the main kitchen and living area, noting the beautifully redone hardwood floors on your way! 

The kitchen area is fully equipped, offering sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a lovely backsplash. This area moves into the living space, which offers up a two-seater dining set, a cushy sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Cuddle up for a vacation movie night or catch up on your favorite programs—the TV has cable, and Wi-Fi is available. As an added perk for groups with more than two, the sofa folds out into a queen-size bed.

While in the living area, you can travel out onto the ocean front balcony, boasting beautiful views and patio furniture for enjoying the coastal breeze. Inside, the main bedroom offers a personal television, and the bathroom has a shower and tub combo. With lots of spaces for relaxing, and so much sleeping space for a one-bedroom property, you can’t go wrong with this little condo!  

Community amenities you’ll enjoy access to include the pool, fishing pier, and beach access. When you stay at this property, you’ll be centrally located to the heart of Isle of Palms, including local restaurants, shopping, and beach-town essentials like ice cream parlors and beachwear stores. The county park is only a quick walk away, and local companies rent everything from bikes for cruising the isle to large umbrellas for hanging out on the shore. For those that enjoy a bit of nightlife, you’ll also find several lively establishments nearby! 

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 500 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! 

*Please Note: Absolutely No Pets, Motorcycles, Boat Trailers, or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. Absolutely No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed if necessary. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
