Stroll up the front steps to the sleek double doors. From there, you’ll push them open to find a sunroom with plenty of natural light, which is ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or reading a good book.
The living room features high ceilings and plenty of space to enjoy a meal with the family or just sit and play some board games. With plenty of comfortable seating, this area can accommodate everyone. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to make meals or snacks for the beach. There are also barstools available so that everyone may enjoy the kitchen together. There is seating for six in the formal dining area.
Each bedroom offers a unique experience, as they are all decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. You’ll also enjoy plenty of space in the living area, where you can relax and kick back after a long day at the beach or out exploring the city.
The bedrooms consist of one room with a king sized bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower! A second bedroom upstairs with a king bed and 1 twin bed with its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a twin bed and a trundle (twin size) underneath, and it shares a hall bath with the fourth bedroom which has a queen bed. There is an additional room with twin bed & full bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower and this area can also be closed off to provide additional private sleeping space (twin bed) - great for a kid/teen! This separate space also has a TV.
There is a huge picnic table on the deck, which is ideal for a peaceful lunch or dinner al fresco. While lounging on the outside couch or on the patio, you may enjoy the shade provided by the big oaks that encircle the house. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
The owners have a privately owned LSV golf cart (6-seater) that they are willing to rent out to anyone interested at a rate of $800/week. This is much less than it would cost to rent through a local company! Just let us know if you are interested!
Guests can take advantage of the large outdoor picnic table and fast Wi-Fi while enjoying the beautifully warm weather of the East Coast. There is also a fully equipped kitchen as well as a fireplace in the home, making the first floor an impeccable gathering place for family and friends alike.

We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), AND BATH TOWEL SETS (14) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
