Beautifully decorated with touches of blue and gold to make the rooms feel bright and airy. The large porches give you plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets or drink your coffee in the morning. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and also has a small attached room with a daybed, perfect for a child to sleep in their separate space while also being close to parents. This bedroom has a tv and private bathroom with double vanities and a walk shower. Off the other side of the living area is another master king bedroom with a, tv, private bathroom and walk-in shower. There is a half bathroom located off the kitchen.

Upstairs to the left is a bunk-bed room, perfect for kids to hang-out. There is another sitting area as well with a large flatscreen and door to the upstairs balcony. To the right is a king bedroom that shares the hall bath with the bunk-bed room. There are two queen bedrooms that share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has access to the upstairs balcony. On the balcony there are two porch swings to relax on. Out back in the fenced in yard there is a swimming pool with lots of patio furniture to lounge.

A few important notes to be aware: 
  • NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of larger gatherings. 
  • For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front and driveway side exterior entrances of the home. There is no camera overlooking the backyard pool area; only the outdoor entrances of the home.
  • This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
  • Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER.
  • This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property.
