Life moves at a slower pace in the south and when you step inside this stunning property for the first time, you will be glad there is no rush to get on with your vacation activities. Surrounded by luxury, style, and comfort, Beach Bliss welcomes guests with luxe wood flooring that creates a path to rooms filled with treasures and all the comforts of home. Wood beams traverse the 10-foot-high ceilings of the living room, looking down on a plush sectional that faces a state-of-the-art television and a fireplace that adds romance and warmth to the space. Built-in shelving systems painted stormy gray offer books and artwork for the enjoyment of the guests and a wet bar that runs along one wall features a wine chiller tucked away under a white stone counter and all the accouterments for a day of sitting, sipping, and savoring the slower pace of South Carolina. (Minus the actual alcohol, guests will need to do a little stocking upon their arrival!)
The deck that runs along this segment of the house peeks out over the backyard and the Atlantic Ocean that lays just beyond the trees and features a large semicircular patio sofa, a Weber gas grill, and another place to dine! This beautiful beach house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over two floors. 512 Carolina Boulevard can accommodate up to ten guests, and the house has plenty of room to fit parties of such sizes. This grand house, just minutes from the beach, has ample space and beauty, making it a perfect place to spend your beach vacation.
Modern Interior
Carolina Boulevard uses modern structures, giving the interior unique slops in the ceilings. They arch high over the living room. The walls are painted a serene white that shines in the natural light flowing in through the many windows. The floorplan is open, each room flowing into the next. There are two living rooms on the main floor. The first shares its space with the dining room and its table, which sits between the kitchen and living room. In the first living room, there is a single sofa that faces the fireplace and mounted TV. Through the archway beside this living room is the second, fitted with another tan leather sectional. Behind this couch is another round table for meals or games. The walls of this section of Carolina Boulevard are lined with windows, casting the room in such golden light that there’s hardly a need to turn the lights on at all.
The kitchen curves around itself, rounding the counter and giving lots of space to plan a home-cooked meal. This kitchen has everything you could need to cook and has a dishwasher for your convenience, so you don’t have to worry about dishes on your vacation.
All the bedrooms feature their own TV. The first bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed, decorated with crisp white sheets to match the soothing, refreshing white of the walls. The neutral color scheme of the bedroom matches that of the rest of the house, which makes the Carolina Boulevard feel like a quiet, serene place to relax. Windows line either side of the bed, bathing the room in natural light. By one of the windows is a sitting couch where you could spend some time alone with a book. A dresser sits along a wall, so you can unpack your clothes and not live out of a suitcase. Attached is a bathroom with a double vanity sink and shower that has a tub.
The next bedroom has a king-sized mattress with a dresser that can double as a nightstand. In the corner by one of the windows is a sitting couch. The bathroom attached has a single sink vanity with a standing shower.
The next room is beautifully lined with windows. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a dresser. One of the windows has a view of the private pool in the backyard. Attached is another bathroom with single sink vanity and a shower with a tub.
The bedroom that has two twin beds and a bassinet is spacious and not at all crowded. This bedroom wasn’t a last-minute thought used to throw beds together and call it a bedroom. This room is thoughtfully put together and made with comfort and ease in mind. Sharing this room won’t feel like a burden at all.
The following is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. The furnishing in the room is a vanity chest and a reclining sofa. Attached is a bathroom with a double-sink vanity (which is shared with the bedroom with two twin beds). There is an access door in this room that leads to a balcony with ocean peeks and where a gas firepit can be lit as you gaze out at the view. This balcony wraps around the back of the house that looks like a second-story porch. This part of the house gives Carolina Boulevard its character.
The house is dedicated to unusual slopes and slants, and the outside is no different. Rather than a ground porch, it is on the second floor. This utilizes the land of the house as it gives the pool and its lounging area all that much more room. Nearby the pool is a separate bathroom (which is great for pool-time potty breaks!) and a gas grill. The house is located on a beautiful and quiet street, it’s great for biking and walking along, and you don’t need to worry about traffic with your kids playing outside or walking to the beach. It is also in close proximity to the center of the island.
