Have the vacation of a lifetime when you come to stay at this adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom second-floor condo right on the shore on the beautiful Isle of Palms! With a great location close to everything, recent updates, fantastic community amenities (pool and fishing pier!), and ocean views, you can’t go wrong staying at the Sea Cabin Condominiums!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
  • The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
  • Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
  • All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
  • Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
  • Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
  • Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season.
  • The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
  • No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
  • No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
  • This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Step into the entry way of this amazing condo and you’ll find an entry hallway with two built-in bunk beds, including curtains to close off the beds and a door to close off the area, giving this space some extra privacy. It’s a great place for the kids to claim as their own! Continue down the hallway to find the full bathroom, which offers a convenient shower-tub combo. 

After the hallway ends, you’ll find yourself in the open concept living and kitchen area, with gorgeous, updated flooring and granite countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to make anything you can dream up, from a light picnic lunch to a hearty homemade dinner—and the brand-new fridge is great for storing snacks and leftovers from delicious local restaurants. The kitchen includes everything you need in a compact space, including a coffee maker! You can also find four seats along the counter, giving you a great spot to grab a quick bite and enjoy meals. 

The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, including a plush, gel sleeper sofa to give you additional sleeping space. A leather chair and ottoman give you the perfect reading spot by the sliding doors that lead out to the balcony, or you can kick back inside and watch your favorite channels on the large flat-screen TV with cable. The home also offers free Wi-Fi! 

Out on the balcony past the Jeldwin sliding glass door, you’ll be treated to views of the Atlantic in the not-so-far-distance, just outside your door! Outdoor seating offers chairs and a small table—a great place to kick back with a glass of your favorite beverage around sunset, or a nutritious breakfast with an ocean view. 

Inside, you’ll find the bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed and covered in a Tommy Bahama mangrove comforter. The room has a cozy feel, equipped with a ceiling fan for maximum comfort, and also offers a flat-screen TV. This condo has all you need for a blissful escape to the beach! 

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. The complex has a very large pool and a kiddie pool. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby.  Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), AND BATH TOWELS (6) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
